"Die Jedi" is an independently made Star Wars web series following the battles of the beautiful, yet sinister Sila Varis. Set between the time of Episode IV to midway through Episode VI, Emperor Palpatine has sired his own Sith apprentice in secret as a response to Lord Vader's betrayals (Vader trained a personal & lethal pupil, Galen Marek, aka Starkiller, featured in the "Force Unleashed" video games). The stealthy and deadly Sila is dispatched to the outer rim of the galaxy to hunt down exiled and fleeing Jedi (after the purge) and young ones they are training to covertly rebuild the Jedi Order. Each episode, Sila battles a washed up Jedi survivor in hiding, or an inexperienced (Luke Skywalker-like) ambitious warrior who aspires to become a Jedi, and even younglings with high Midochlorian counts who are potential light force users. Sila's conquests at the Emperor's behest will eventually lead her to meet Lord Vader himself in a duel to the death!

Sila Varis is portrayed by professional film actress and model Kat Sheridan, who is also a stage combat performer certified in broadsword, knife, single sword and experienced with the bullwhip. http://www.nowcasting.com/katsheridan
